Has my order shipped?

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping update via email. We are working around the clock in order to keep up with the high demand. Please be aware of any back order status. 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you'd like to make an order change/cancellation before shipment notification, email us including your order number and what you would like to change.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are included in your shipping notification. Please allow 24 hours for the shipper to update the information. 

When will my backorder arrive?

We rarely do backorders. However, if your order is on backorder fear not. We are rarely more than a week delayed from backorders. 

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

We do not ship internationally at this time.
